UGRAD Semester Exchange in USA
United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP)
launches Global UGRAD 2025 for Pakistani students. Under UGRAD, Pakistani
students enrolled in a university in Pakistan have the opportunity to study for
one semester in universities in the United States. The Global UGRAD-Pakistan
program provides cultural and academic interaction through a non-degree program
for one semester at a university in the United States.
Applicants for this program must be in their fourteenth year of formal school.
Students enrolled in either a four- or two-year bachelor's program are eligible
to apply. The deadline to apply for the UGRAD 2025 initiative is September 25,
2024.

Eligibility
Criteria for UGRAD 2025 Study Exchange Program in the USA
Be a Pakistani citizen.18 to 24 years of ageCandidates should be Currently
enrolled in a college or university and intend to return to their home
universities upon conclusion of the program.Outstanding leadership abilities
and potential in their university and community activities.A genuine interest
in studying about the United States.High level of academic achievement, as
evidenced by grades, prizes, and reference lettersProficient in EnglishStudents
from varied backgrounds, particularly those who have not previously had the
opportunity to travel worldwide, are encouraged to apply.
Ineligibility
Applicants with dual US-Pakistani nationality or US permanent residenceThose
who have a parent, spouse, or fiancé who is a United States citizen or
permanent residentEmployees of the Fulbright Program and the United States
Department of State, as well as their wives, fiancés, siblings, dependents,
children, and parents. Employees of USAID or the HEC, as well as their spouses,
fiancés, siblings, dependents, children, and parents, participate in
initiatives supported by their respective agency.Students in their final year
at university
How to Apply
for the USEFP-UGRAD 2025 Study Exchange Program
Submit your application at
https://usefp.org. The application form must be submitted online. All
supporting papers, such as photocopies of transcripts and an explanation of the
grading scale of the university providing the degree, must be submitted to the
online application before submission. All university-attested transcripts,
including the most recent, must be scanned and posted online.
NOTE: Only selected students will be
asked to furnish reference letters and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from
their current academic institution.
