Background
Pathfinder International currently seeks a firm to supply the
below items.
Inverex Veyron II (2500W) or comparable
2. Phonex TX-2500 (230 Am) or
comparable.
3. Jinko N Type 585 B/F, or
comparable
4. Complete Installation with
Materials (Solar Power) Distribution Box (DC circuit breaker, wire 4mm or 6mm,
depending on 20 mm wire for battery connection. Includes Distribution Box AC
Circuit Breaker, SPD. MC4 connectors, Packet Rawal Plug and Screws Cable
duct/PVC pipe, cable ties, and thimbles.
5. L2 Structure Frame, 14/4
6. Royal FAN or comparable (Desire - Smart Lifestyle,
ACDC Fan)
7. Clopal 4 Feet 40 Watt Semi-Oval LED Tube Light
8. Transportation of Equipment Within Sindh Tando
Allah Yar.

Guidelines and Instructions
Please send all quotes on firm letterhead, using the Bid Submission Form found
in Annex B. Quotes must be valid for at least [30] days and contain a photo of
the required item.
Any deviations from the specifications should be clearly indicated on the quote.
In addition, the cover page must contain the following information:
Business name, address, phone number, and email.
Contact information.

Selection
Criteria:
Pass/Fail: The offeror's bid must be valid for 30 days.
PASS/FAIL: Offeror must be an active taxpayer under NTN.
PASS/FAIL: The offeror must present at least two (2) copies of purchase orders/contracts
of identical nature.
Offerors who match the PASS/Fail criteria will be evaluated using the following
criteria.
Pathfinder will assess and evaluate quotes submitted before the deadline using
the following criteria:

Supplier with technically compliant offer and lowest CIP
cost will receive [80] points. All other bidders' scores will be reduced by 1%
for each 1% increase in price above the lowest total price.
The requested item must be ready for shipment within two weeks following
contract issuance. No credit will be issued for earlier availability dates. All
bidders who submit a quote within the allowed range will receive [20] points.
All other bidders' scores will decline by 1%.
Preference will be given to suppliers that can quote all products;
nevertheless, multiple or no awards may be granted.
Payment
Terms:
Payment will be made net 30 of the commercial invoice and the receipt of a
Goods Receipt Note from the end user.
GST Compliance
The project is qualified for a sales tax exemption. The GST amount will be
withheld, and an exemption notice will be sent within 90 days of receipt of the
invoice. If the exemption letter is not received within this timeframe, the
withheld GST amount will be paid at the end of the 90-day USAID compliance
timeline.

Terms
Pathfinder has the right to cancel this solicitation at any time and is not
obligated to issue a subcontract as a result of it.
Pathfinder will not pay any fees incurred in the development of
proposal-related materials or delivery.
The resulting Purchase Order is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed in
Annex A.
