The Layton Rahmatullah Benevolent
Trust (LRBT) is looking for technical and financial suggestions from qualified
firms or individual experts to help create an animated video addressing child
eye health and disability inclusion. The service provider must submit a
CV/company profile as well as a detailed work plan for the entire job to LRBT.
The proposal should also contain information about the team and their
experience, as well as a link to any relevant films or stories that the firm or
consultant has already made.
This is a one-month assignment from the LRBT Central Office in Karachi as part
of one of its projects, "Strengthening
Inclusive Eye Health Services in Tehsil Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan District,
Punjab".
The applicants must show all costs associated with the proposed assignment,
including taxes, in accordance with the laws and regulations of Pakistan's tax
authorities.

September 4th, 2024.

Sight Day, on October 10, 2024, promotes eye care for young people and urges
them to value their vision. This assignment intends to create entertaining
animated cartoons that improve children's eye health and disability inclusion.
Objective: Create two short animated videos to
promote child eye health and disability inclusion, with a focus on healthy
practices, safety recommendations, and accessible for children with
disabilities.
Video 1: Child Eye Health
Duration: 3.5
minutes or less
Objective: Educate
children about eye health, protection, and vision problem solutions.
Key
Messages:
Regular eye checks.
A healthy lifestyle includes a well-balanced diet, outdoor activities, and eye
protection.
Safety tips (wearing protective glasses and avoiding sharp objects)
Accepting spectacles (removing stigma and taboos)
Video 2: Disability Inclusiveness
Duration: 3.5
minutes or less
Objective: Promote
inclusivity and accessibility for children with disabilities, highlighting
their strengths and abilities.
Key
Messages:
Understanding individual requirements.
Celebrating characteristics and skills.
Promote equitable access to eye health treatment.
Awareness Media:

Timeline:
The deadline for submitting technical and financial proposals is September 4th,
2024.
Draft Content: September 15th, 2024.
The final content, following input, will be released on September 28th, 2024.
The documentary will be released on September 30.
Incomplete applications or ideas that lack funding or needed documentation will
not be considered. LRBT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
proposals, for any reason.
