About us:
Tolaneez Consulting (Private) Limited is an SECP-registered Islamabad-based
development consultant firm with offices in Islamabad, Quetta, and Nowshera, as
well as a network of associates throughout Pakistan. Tolaneez offers specialist
consulting services to donor agencies, significant national and international non-governmental
organizations (NGOs), the United Nations, the corporate sector, and
multinational consulting firms. This comprises research, monitoring,
evaluation, learning, and training services.
Responsibilities:
Lead program development efforts, such as preparing technical and financial
proposals and creating concept notes;
Conduct meetings with benefactors and offer project updates.
Lead and assist with the identification and selection of specialists and field
teams.
Contribute to resource mobilization plans; assess and manage information and
databases;
Conduct background research and provide technical input to upper management.
Contribute to knowledge building and communication efforts.
Supervise and conduct desk reviews, and create inception reports and data
gathering tools.
Lead monitoring of field data gathering activities and report authoring.
Lead the coordination of activities with field teams and/or clients.
Provide feedback to appropriate material, such as program summaries and
reports.
Perform any other tasks specified by the Supervisor.
Required
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with a master's degree
preferred.
Two years of increasingly responsibility professional experience working in
international development or the social sector;
Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills are essential;
Knowledge and practical experience in report writing, data analysis, and
proposal creation are highly desirable.
Experience with development consulting businesses is beneficial.
Proficient in IT and computer capabilities.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Urdu.
Knowledge of local languages (Pushto, Punjabi, Saraiki, Sindhi, etc.) is
advantageous.
