FDO works throughout Pakistan, particularly in Southern Punjab, on participatory principles, benefiting hundreds of peasants, women, and general communities in the areas of livelihood, institutional development, emergency relief, community physical infrastructure, gender-based violence prevention, and access to justice. The group has a good track record of planning programs, then conducting assessments of community needs, and finally generating and enlisting local volunteers to implement and oversee the projects.

Tenderers are expected to carefully review and follow all instructions, forms, contract clauses, and specifications included in this tender dossier. Failure to submit a tender with all of the essential information and documents by the stipulated deadline will result in the tender being rejected. Any remarks in the tender relevant to the tender dossier cannot be considered; such statements may result in the tender being rejected immediately without further assessment.

To be qualified to participate in this tender procedure, tenderers must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they meet the relevant legal, technical, and financial requirements and have the resources to carry out the contract efficiently.
